When Google Chrome won’t play videos, it might help to try below. On my PC (Debina unstable, Google Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102(64-bit) ), this works fine.
Chromeが動画を再生しない時は下記を試してみましょう。私の環境(Debina unstable, Google Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102(64-bit))では再生するようになりました。
“Settings” → “Show advanced settings …” → “System” → uncheck “Use hardware acceleration when available.”
“Settings” → “Show advanced settings …” → “System” → “Use hardware acceleration when available.” のチェックを外す。
