さくらレンタルサーバーに jed をインストール

Liunx上ではjedというエディターを愛用しています。 Emacsライクなのですが、非常に軽量でちょっとした編集にはこれで十分です。

ぼくの場合はFreeBSDがOSのさくらインターネットのレンタルサーバーにもjedをインストールしてみました。

binutilsやm4, libtoolsなど一通りインストールするとすんなりコンパイルできるかも知れません。

slang

slangが必要なので、まずslangをインストールします。

jed本体のインストール

configureではslangの場所を教えてあげます。

そのままだと、かなり変な色使いなので、昔から使っている.jedrcをコピーしてきました。 もともとはdebianなのかな。
